2. General Terms

3.1 Description

We offer consulting, design, and installation of AI-integrated lighting systems tailored to client needs.

3.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a booked service by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made later than 48 hours may incur additional charges.

3.3 Refunds for Services

If a service is cancelled by the client at least 7 days before its scheduled date, LumaDomuria will process a refund for any prepaid amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service are not eligible due to resource allocation. Refunds are completed within 14 days via the original payment method.

4. Informational Products

4.1 Description

Digital offerings such as guides and online courses focusing on best practices for AI Lighting Systems.

4.2 Access and Usage

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the digital content. It is provided strictly for personal or internal use.

4.3 Refunds for Informational Products

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided they have accessed no more than 10% of the content. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Refunds are issued within 14 days of approval through the original payment channel.

5. Goods

5.1 Description

Physical products including AI-compatible lighting fixtures and related accessories.

5.2 Shipping & Ship-Back

Clients have 30 days from delivery to ship back unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Shipping costs for sending items back are the client’s responsibility. Shipments should be directed to the address above.

5.3 Refunds for Goods

Upon receipt and inspection of goods shipped back, we will issue a refund for the product price within 14 days. Refunds are processed via the original payment channel.

6. Amendments

LumaDomuria reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
